改良微创手术治疗128例腋臭患者临床分析
Clinical evaluation of modified minimally invasive surgical treatment of axillary osmidrosis in 128 patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of modified minimally invasive surgical treatment of axillary osmidrosis. Methods From January 2009 to May 2011,128 patients with axillary osmidrosis were given a modified minimally invasive surgical treatment. A 1 cm incision was made in the axillary crease.Subcutaneous tissue and glands were excised with manually excision only through 1 cm incision until the axilla essentially became a full skin flap.Scraping and rinsing the operation space.Then the skin was to be punched and fixed with vaseline gauze nail. After operation,compressive bandaging with elastic adhesive bandage were performed. Results After 6-18months follow-up, Malodor elimination was good in 251 of 256 axillae treated,fair in 5, and poor in 0.AII patients feel satisfied with the aesthetic outcome. Conclusion Modified minimally invasive surgical treatment of axillary osmidrosis results in beautiful aesthetic shapejittle trauma,high patients satisfication with no dysfunction and few complications. It is convenient,efficient and which should be popularized.关键词
