前牙美容修复联合正畸治疗的临床体会
Clinical experience of defected incisor repair beauty of joint orthodontic treatment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluated the clinical effects of fixed orthodontics in combination with prosthetic treatment on incisor defects. Methods Firstly, 68 cases with defected incisors were treated by using fixed appliance to get enough space,and secondly these cases were then treated by using fixed prosthetics to restore the integrity of dentition. Results According to one to six five years' clinical observation, the prostheses were stable; the abutment teeth and the periodontal tissue were healthy. Conclusion Using the fixed orthodontics in combination with prosthetic treatment to treat the defected incisors can decrease the difficulty of treatment and secure the best functional and esthetic outcomes.关键词
