城市化与城市土地利用结构的相关研究
Correlation Study Between Urbanization and Urban Land Use Structure

Abstract
There is an inter-effect between urbanization and urban land use structure change. In order to show the logical relations between urbanization and urban land use structure, an analysis framework was established by two paths which are production (employment) and living (livelihood) that are the core meaning of the urbanization in this paper. Provincial panel data model was employed to examine the theoretical expectations. And the 29 provincial data from 2000 to 2009 was used. The results show that: there is a significant positive correlation between the proportion of land for living and urbanization. The relationship between the proportion of productive land and urbanization shows an inverted U-shaped trend. It shows a significant positive correlation between urbanization and the rate of land for public facilities as well as the proportion of land for municipal utilities. And the regression coefficient presents a gradually decreasing trend from eastern to western China. The rate of road and square land shows a significant positive correlation to urbanization, and the regression coefficient of eastern China is bigger than that of western China. So it implies, compared to western China, that road construction in eastern China is much more useful for urbanization. There is a complex correlation between the proportion of external traffic land and urbanization from eastern to western China. It presents a significant positive correlation in the eastern region and a positive correlation which is not obvious in the central region, and the relationship between the two is negatively in the eastern China. It is a very useful method for governments to improve the level of urbanization by adjusting the urban land use structure.关键词
