摘要
Abstract
Gestational diabetes mellitus is harmful to gravida and neonate, which makes the controlling of glucose level much important. Oral hypoglycemic a-gents comparing with insulin is cheaper, more convenient and comfortable. Recent studies show that, when it comes to the effectiveness and safety of treating gestational diabetes mellitus, there is no significant difference between insulin and glyburide or met-formin. More big random trials and data are needed.关键词
