摘要
Abstract
With the in-depth understanding of gesta-tional diabetes mellitus ( GDM ) , constantly improved antenatal examination work and the systemtic nutrition guidance, blood glucose of most GDM patients can be well controlled in the ideal state during pregnancy , but if ignoring glucose level management of GDM pregnant woman during delivery and puerperi-um, will increase the risk of maternal and fetal adverse pregnancy outcome. To improve the GDM ma-terno-fetal outcome, strengthening of delivery and pu-erperium clinical interventions in the management has very important significance.关键词
