The comparison of gestational weeks of delivery and infant weights and mortality between triplets and singletons:a meta-analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the mean gestational weeks of delivery , infant weighs and infant mortality between triplets and singletons. Methods Seven retrospective researches on gestational weeks of delivery , infant weighs and infant mortality of triplets and singletons were meta analyzed. Results The mean gestational weeks of delivery in triplets were 6. 24 weeks (95%CI was -6. 54 to -5. 94)shorter than the singletons. The triplets' infant weights were 1. 51 kg(95% CI was - 1. 59 to - 1.44) lower than the singletons'. The risk of triplets' infant mortality was 10. 50 times to the singletons ' infant mortality(OR = 10. 50,95% CI was 10. 07 to 10. 95). Conclusion The mean gestational weeks of delivery and infant birth weights of triplets are significantly lower than the singletons, and the risk of triplets' infant mortality is conspicuous higher than the singletons.关键词
