Abstract
Lacticacid bacteria , as the normal flora of intestinal in people and animals, which has the functions of maintaining animal intestinal balance, improving animals' immunity and many other profitable functions. It is widely used in food, medicine and feed industry, etc. The purpose of this paper was to summarize the classification, cultivation, conservation. The main function of Lacticacid bacteria was the application in animal production.关键词
