云烟97巨型变异烟株的组织培养与快速繁殖

摘要
Abstract
Tissue culture and rapid propagation of a Yunyan 97 giant variation plant was carried out Result indicated that the most suitable medium for callus induction and proliferation of bud clusters was MS+6-BA2mg·L-1＋NAA0.2mg·L-1, while the suitable medium for buds amplification was 1/2MS+6-BA 0.10 mg·L-1+IBA 0.5mg·L-1. It took about 80 days from explants inoculated to small seedling. Attention was also paid to slicing time of explants with bud clusters and how phytohormone was added. Result suggested that, to slice explants 15 to 20 days after bud spots were formed could promote healthy bud clusters which were also easy to slice. Phytohormone added before and after medium sterilization resulted little influence to phytohormone activity.关键词
