右美托咪定用于膀胱镜检术的临床研究
Clinical Study on Application of Dexmedetomidine for Cystoscopy

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine for cystoscopy. METHODS: 60 male patients underwent cystoscopy were randomized into 2 groups: i.e. dexmedetomidine group (group D) and normal saline group (group N) with 30 cases in each group. Heart rate, blood pressure, SpO2, analgesic effect and sedation score were observed in 2 groups at different time points. RESULTS: There was no statistically significance in heart rate, blood pressure, SpO2 in 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05). The heart rate and blood pressure increased in group N at the beginning of operation, but there was no statistical significance in SpO2(P>0.05). The sedation score and analgesic effect of group D were significantly better than those of group N (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Dexmedetomidine is safe and effective for cystoscopy.关键词
