临床药师参与1例化脓性脑膜炎合并深静脉血栓患者的药学监护
Pharmaceutical Care for a Patient with Purulent Meningitis Complicating with DVT by Clinical Pharmacists
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the mode and method of clinical pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care in clinical practice. METHODS: Clinical pharmacists participating in pharmaceutical care for a patient with purulent meningitis complicating with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) was analyzed retrospectively. Clincial pharmacists assisted physicians to develop therapeutic regimen. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Through drug selection for anti-infection and anticoagulant and supportive treatment, pharmaceutical care and patient education, clinical pharmacists help physician to provide reasonable therapy regimen to reduce meningitis infection and high clotting significantly and avoid adverse drug reaction so as to improve therapeutic efficacy and life quality of the patient.关键词
