白细胞介素13抗体对支气管哮喘小鼠气道炎症的影响
Effects of IL-13 Neutralization Antibody on Airway Inflammation in Mice Bronchial Asthma Model

Abstract
Objective To prepare antibody against IL-13 and observe its effects on airway inflammation in bronchial asthmatic mice. Methods The synthesized epitope peptide(LTKELIEELSNITQ),which coupled with KLH,was used as immunogen to generate IL-13 neutralization antibody. A total of 24 BALB/c mice were divided into 4 groups:IL-13 neutralization antibody treatment group,rabit IgG treatment group,PBS treatment group and negative control group. Results IL-13 neutralization antibody was successfully obtained. Compared with rabit IgG treatment group and PBS treatment group,the leucocytes were observably decreased in IL-13 neutralization antibody treatment group, as well as the level of IL-14,IL-5 and γ-IFN. There was no significant difference between rabbit IgG treatment group and PBS treatment group. Conclusion IL-13 neutralization antibody worked effectively on suppressing the airway inflammation in mice bronchial asthmat model.关键词
