Abstract
This paper first analyzes the strategic significance of human resource management informatization. Then taking Taizhou University as an example, it discusses constructing the functional structure of management information system and classifying system administrators based on function module. It points out that implementing human resource resource management informatization helps universities develop in an all-round and scientific way.关键词
