Abstract
The paper discusses the application and outcome of three-level teaching mode in nursing students'clinical practice. It points out that the new mode has changed the traditional mode, standardized the order of clinical teaching, upgraded the quality of clinical teaching, and improved nursing students'professional skills and satisfaction about clinical teaching.关键词
