Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect and influence on serum IL-2, IL-4, IL- 13 and IFN-γ of Modified Erxian pill in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma in clinical remission stage. Methods Eighty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by Modified Erxian pill, the control group was treated by Gushen Dingchuan pill. The pulmonary function, serum IL-2, IL-4, IL-13, IFN-γ and the number of episodes in flow-up period were observed and analyzed comparatively. Results After treatment, FVC, FEV1, PEF and serum IL-2, IFN-γ increased, serum IL-2 decreased in both groups, with significant difference (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in IL-13 between the two groups (P>0.05). The number of episodes in flow-up period of the observation group was less than the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Erxian pill can improve the pulmonary function and restrain allergy, with good long-term effect.关键词
