基于关联规则和熵聚类算法的颜正华教授治疗心悸用药规律研究
Analysis on TCM Master Yan Zhenghua's Medication Rule in Prescriptions for Palpitation Based on Apriori and Clustering Algorithm

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication experience of professor Yan Zhenghua for palpitation by using TCM inheritance support system. Methods The prescriptions of Yan Zhenghua for palpitation were collected and input the data into TCM inheritance support system. The frequency and association rules of drugs were calculated by using data mining methods such as apriori algorithm, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster, and medication rule of Yan Zhenghua for palpitation was analyzed. Results Based on the analysis of 70 prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed, 33 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions were mined out. Conclusion Professor Yan Zhenghua is good at relieving palpitation by simulating the circulation of blood, cooling blood and reinforcing heart. TCM inheritance support system can be used to analyze old TCM doctor' clinical experience.关键词
