针刺激活下丘脑室旁核促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素相关神经元特异性研究
Study on Specificity of Acupoints in Acupuncture Activated Corticotrophin Releasing Hormone Relative Neurons in Paraventricular Area of Hypothalamus

Abstract
Objective To observe the specificity of acupoints in regulation of hypothalamic pituitary adrenal (HPA) axis, and study the cumulative effect of acupuncture on HPA axis. Methods Experiments were performed on Sprague-Dawley male rats. Extracellular record the electric activities on corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH)-relative neurons in paraventricular area of hypothalamus, and compare the effects of 20 point acupuncture for same channel but different nerve segment, same or adjacent nerve segment but different channel. The changes of peripheral blood corticosterone level in different time and different acupuncture times were determined. Results The effects from large to small in 20 points was BL23>LR14>BL18>GV14>LR13>SP16>ST23>PC4>GV26>KI17>KI20>ST36>LR3>PC6>GB25> GB34>BL57>KI9>SP6>CV17. Conclusion The specificity of acupoints on effect of acupuncture regulation of HPA axis was bladder and liver channel points, which are in the same or adjacent nerve segment pertaining to the adrenal glands, and has cumulative effect.关键词
