正交试验法优化养血愈风颗粒中白芍的提取工艺
Optimization of Extraction Process for Paeoniae in Yangxueyufeng Granule by Orthogonal Test
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize extraction process of Paeoniae in Yangxueyufeng Granule. Methods The extracting condition was optimized by orthogonal tests with the content of Paeoniflorin as index. Results The optimal extracting condition was extracted 3 times with 8 fold 70% alcohol, 2 h for each time. Conclusion The optimized process condition was simple, stable and feasible. It provide the basis for the production of Yangxueyufeng Granule.关键词
