Follicular Helper T Cells and Rheumatic Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Follicular helper T cells ( Tfh) are the recently defined CD4+ T helper subtype, whose function is to help B cell to produce antibodies. Tfh with CD4+ CXCR5+ phenotype is located in the B cell follicles. Transcriptional regulator Bcl-6, as well as IL-21 , ICOS and antibody affinity plays important roles in the differentiation of Tfh. However, abnormal expression of Tfh cell-associated factor may lead to autoimmune
diseases.
