Abstract
Based on analysis on possible risk factors related to earthquake disasters in annual earthquake risk regions, an index system is established to evaluate emergency response risk of counties. This index system is focused on providing technology services for counties in earthquake risk regions in terms of emergency preparations and improving their abilities and levels of emergency management.关键词
