Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with self - made analgesic powder in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: Seventy - six patients were treated with local red - hot needle prick combined with oral analgesics powder. Results: Thirty - nine cases were cured after one course; eighteen cases were cured after two courses; after the third course, there were eleven cases cured, seven cases improved,with one case invalid. The total efficiency was 98. 68%. Conclusion: Fire needle combined with self - made analgesic powder for treating postherpetic neuralgia has a good curative effect with short courses of treatment and no side effects. 关键词
