广东凉茶颗粒苷类化学成分研究
Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Guangdong Liangcha
摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze chemical constituents and quality standard of Guangdong Liangcha, five glycosides were isolated. Their structures were determined to be 4-p- cumaroyl-D- glucose (1), 2a, 3a, 19a-trihydroxyursa-12-en-28-oic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2), 2a, 3β, 19a-trihydroxyursa-12-en-28-oic acid p-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3), 2a, 3β, 19a, 23- tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid p-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4) , 6-C-glycopyr- anosyl luteolin (5) by spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 was firstly obtained as a natural product, and compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 were also firstly obtained from Guangdong Liangcha, which was contributed to further mechanism of bioactivity.关键词
