刮痧疗法对胆红素、SOD、IL-1、IL-6、白细胞、单胺类神经递质的影响初探
Effects of Gua-Sha Therapy on Bilirubin, SOD, IL-1, IL-6,Leukocyte and Monoamine neurotransmitters in Human
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study Gua - Sha therapy' s function on bilirubin, superoxide dismutase (SOD ) , blood cells, cy-tokines and monoamine neurotransmitters under physiological conditions, which provides the evidence for the evaluation of the Gua -Sha therapy. Method; All experiments were carried out on healthy 8 male and 8 female students at 21 -24 years old. Their upper - arm venous blood was drawn before Gua - Sha and 0. 5h and 6h after Gua - Sha respectively. Then, we tested bilirubin, SOD, lymphocytes, leucocytes, neutrophils, interleukin - 1 (IL - 1) , and interleukin - 6 (IL-6) , monoamine neurotransmitters. Results: After Gua - Sha SOD increased, but still in the normal range. Especially , SOD for male group significantly increased 6h compared with 0.5h after Gua - sha( P < 0.05). Leucocytes notably increased 6h after Gua - sha compared with before Gua - sha or 0. 5h after Gua - sha(P <0. 05 ). Lymphocytes significantly increased 6h after Gua - sha( P < 0. 05). Neurotransmitters such as 5 - HT, DA and NE totally decreased in male group, and DA in female group significantly decreased 6h after Gua - sha compared with before Ghu - Sha(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The result demonstrates that Gua - Sha therapy induces anti - oxidation effects in human, so that it is capable of preserving health and curing diseases; To increase the leucocytes and lymphocytes may be one of the mechanisms with improving immunity in human; Further researches are needed to explore the relationship between the change of monoamine neurotransmitters and Gua - Sha.关键词
