Abstract
In order to reduce the demand of precise turntable in the calibration of error parameters in laser gyro strapdown inertial navigation system, the factors including north reference error, horizontal reference error, the axis orthogonality error, angle position reference error of the turntable and the calibration time have been analyzed, when the IMU is not level-adjusting or north-seeking. With the principles of position demarcation including symmetry and complete alternation, an improved rate test and a twelve-position continuous calibration test are proposed to calibrate the scale factors, zero bias and installing coupled errors of accelerometer and gyroscope. Then the experimental results indicate that, compared with the traditional calibration method, the accuracy of this method is equivalent to that with precise turntable, and the proposed method reduces the demands of precise turntable and calibration time, is more suitable for practical application.关键词
