套算法评定鹅的鸭油真代谢能值
Study on True Metabolizable Energy Evaluation of Duck Oil for Goose Using Substitution Method

Abstract
This study took duck oil as the research target to explore the effects of substitution method on true metabolizable energy (TME) of different variety goose, in order to determine the TME evaluation method of duck oil for goose. This experiment adopted a method of 2 x 2 x 2 three factors random design, thirty two healthy 260-day-old Wulong geese and Qingnonghui geese were selected, each breed was divided into 2 treatments (precise feeding and forced feeding) and each treatment was fed two kinds of diets (basal diet and basal diet + trace elements and vitamin) with 8 replicates in each treatment. The experimental geese were raised exclusively in divided cage and fed 100 g feedstuffs per day, and total feces collection was adopted each day. This trial was divided into two stages. The first stage was fed a basal diet and the second stage was fed a duck oil diet which substituted the basal diet with 10% duck oil. The results showed as follows; 1) the TME of duck oil for Wulong geese and Qingnonghui geese was 37. 79 and 38.15 MJ/kg, respectively. 2) The TME of duck oil in precise feeding with trace elements and vitamin group was the highest among the 4 treatments of the same breed. 3) The TME of duck oil for Qingnonghui goose was significant higher than that of Wulong goose between two breeds (P <0. 05). The experiment showed that for the TME evaluation for duck oil of goose, the method of precise feeding with trace elements and vitamin can achieve high stability of data. The TME of duck oil for goose was between 37. 79 and 38. 15 MJ/kg. There are differences between two goose breeds with regard to the TME of duck oil.关键词
