Effects of Different Isolation Methods on Proliferation and Differentiation of Bovine Preadipocytes
摘要
Abstract
In order to optimize the method of bovine preadipocytes culture, proliferation and differentiation of cells cultured by methods of tissue culture, traditional digestion culture and modified digestion culture were studied and compared using results of cell growth observation under microscope, MTT method, oil red O staining and RNA quality detection. The results showed that adipocytes were successfully cultured by the three methods, and the cells were highly homogenous. Modified digestion culture significantly shorted the culture time, and cell morphology and RNA extraction quality were the best. Therefore, modified digestion culture is a rapid and efficient method for bovine preadipocytes culture.关键词
