气相色谱-质谱法测定水产品中9种合成麝香
Determination of 9 kinds of synthetic musk in aquatic products by GC-MS

Abstract
Nine kinds of synthetic musks (SMs) in aquatic products were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and quantitated by internal standard method with £luoranthene-D10 after purification by florisil solid-phase extraction columns, followed by the hexane extraction for 30 minutes under ultrasonication. Under the optimized conditions, the calibration curves of all compounds were linear in the range of0.5 -100 μg · L-1 (ft2 >0.999). The limits of quantification were 0.25 -0.30 μg · L-1. The average recoveries of SM ranged from 84.1% to 116.4% with the relative standard deviations only from2.8% to9.5%. The result suggested the method was simple and accurate.关键词
