Abstract
Objective:To explore and summarize the feasibility of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein. Methods:The clinical data of 40 patients who underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic or conventional laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein were retrospectively analyzed. The blood loss, mean operative time,postoperative complications,hospital stay,postoperative incisional pain,follow-up data after 6 months (discomfort of scrotum and lower abdomen,hydrocele of testis and recurrence, the patients satisfaction and other indicators) of the two groups were compared. Results: All the 40 surgeries were successful, the difference of blood loss between the 2 groups was not significant, while the operative time of traditional group was shorter than that in the transumbilical single port group, postoperative pain and hospital stay in the single-port group were better than the traditional group. During the follow-up of 6 months,no recurrence was found in the 2 groups,patients satisfaction and complications of single-port group were better than the traditional group. Conclusions: The transumbilical single port laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein is safe and feasible,with the increase of experience,single port laparoscopic surgery may replace traditional laparoscopy,and is worth promoting.关键词
