抗还原型PZT压电陶瓷的制备与性能
Preparation and Properties of Reduction-Resistant PZT Piezoelectric Ceramics

Abstract
A piezoelectric ceramic, which can be sintered under low-oxygen condition and reducing atmosphere, was prepared by a solid state reaction method. The optimal composition was Pb0.95Sr0.05(Zr0.54Ti0.46)O3 with 0.03% in mass CuO, 0.05% Nd2O3 and 1.00% Sb2O3. It was found that through the donor and acceptor co-doping, the diffusion of oxygen vacancies was restrained, and the transformation of Ti4+ to Ti3+ was prevented, thus giving the superior piezoelectric properties of the ceramic. The results show that the addition of proper rare earth elements is closely related to the reduction-resistant performance. When the sintering temperature was 1 050 ℃, the optimum properties of the ceramic were achieved, i.e., d33 = 294 pC/N, kp = 43.56%, tan (5 = 0.0197, and ε33/ε0 = 1 333. This material could be used in the multilayer piezoelectric devices co-fired with base metals at low temperature, by which the production costs could be reduced.关键词
