右旋糖酐酸解与酶解产物比较
Comparison of Dextran Hydrolyzates between Acidic and Enzymatic Hydrolysis

Abstract
Acidic hydrolysis is a common used process for clinical dextran. However, it causes high energy consumption and heavy pollution. Enzymatic hydrolysis has advantages of moderate conditions and fast reaction rate, and it can be carried out to control molecular weight during the process of dextran fermentation. The primary research of this paper concerntrates on the composition and molecular weight distribute of the dextran hydrolyzates of both acidic and enzymatic hydrolysis. The results show that, ①Most of the end products of acidic hydrolysis are glucose, whereas the end products of enzymatic hydrolysis are isomalto-oligosaccharides; ②The content and the polydispersity index of the dextran have no difference between acidic and enzymatic hydrolysis end products when the average molecular weight (Mw) is higher than 20000 Da, the content of enzymatic hydrolysis dextran decreases when the Mw is lower than 20000 Da.关键词
