Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ultraviolet rays combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating psoriasis vulgaris. Method: The clinical data of 70 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital from October 2008 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. And the patients were divided into 2 groups. The control group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin 60mg ivgtt qd, and the observation group were treated with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing and narrow spectrum ultraviolet on the basis of the control group. Comparing the effect of 2 groups after treatment. Result: Analyzing from the clinical effect, the effective rate above and the total effective rate of the control group were 54. 3% and 80% . the observation group were 77. 1% and 97. 1% respectively. There was an evident difference between 2 groups, P<0. 05 , which had statistical significance. Analyzing from the incidence of adverse reactions, in the observation group, there were 3 patients appearing dizziness and anorexia, 3 patients with elevated blood
pressure and 2 patients with irregular menstruation. As for the observation group, there were 3 patients with dizziness and anorexia, 5 patients with dry skin and there were different degrees of pigmentation, and 1 case with electric ophthalmia after the removal of eye. The adverse reaction rate of 2 groups were 28. 5% and 25. 7%. There was no evident difference between 2 groups, P>0. 05, which had no statistical significance. Conclusion: Ultraviolet rays combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating psoriasis vulgaris has satisfied effect and with less side effect, which provides better method for the treatment.关键词
