胺碘酮治疗充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常137例临床分析
Clinical Analysis of Intravenous Amiodarone in Treating 137 CHF Patients Combined with Ventricular Arrhythmia

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficiency and safety of intravenous amiodarone in treating patients with congestive heart failure and malignant ventricular arrhythmia. Method: 137 patients who were enrolled in the departments of emergency or cardiology of our hospital and diagnosed as congestive heart failure and malignant ventricular arrhythmia were chosen to take part in this clinical trial. All of the patients were given amiodarone for eight weeks to evaluate the efficiency and safety. Result: Ninety patients ( 66 % ) were excellent after 24 hours of treatment and by the end of 48 hours' treatment, one hundred and nineteen patients ( 87 % ) were much better. At the end of 72 hours of treatment, one hundred and thirty-three ( 97
% ) patients' illnesses were well managed. Conclusion: Intravenous amiodarone has a high clinical efficiency and it's safe in curing the patients with congestive heart failure and malignant ventricular arrhythmia.关键词
