替吉奥与5-氟尿嘧啶联合奈达铂治疗晚期食管癌的疗效比较
Comparison of clinical efficacy of advanced esophageal cancer treated with S-1 and 5-fluorouracil combined with nedaplatin

Abstract
Aim:To compare the clinical efficacy of advanced esophageal cancer treated with S-l and 5-fluorouracil combined with nedaplatin. Methods:Eighty patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into S-l combined with Nedaplatin treatment group ( group A ) and 5-fluorouracil combined with Nedaplatin treatment group ( group B ). The constituent ratio of the two groups' age, gender, and staging had no significant differences. The group A administered with a dose of 80mg/m S-l given orally twice a day from days 1 through 14, plus Nedaplatin at a dose of 80 mg/m by intravenous infusion on day 1; The group B administered with Nedaplatin at a dose of 80 mg/m given by intravenous infusion on day 1, plus 5-fluorouracil at a dose of 1 000 mg/m and CF 100 mg/m by intravenous infusion on days 1 and 5. Three weeks was a cycle and compared to the differences of the two groups in treatment effect, adverse reaction, and survival time. Results:The total effective rate(X2 =0.051 ,P =0.822)and clinical benefit rate (X2 = 0.092,P =0.762)had no significant differences in the two groups. In group A and in group B,the median survival time was respective 9. 9 months and 9. 6 months(X2 = 0. 335 ,P = 0. 563 ),the median time to tumor progression was 6. 8 months and 6. 5months (X2 = 1.274,P =0.259 ). Adverse effects and serious adverse reactions in group A were significantly lower than in group B. Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of advanced esophageal cancer treated with S-l with Nedaplatin compared control group had no significant differences, but adverse effects were milder.关键词
