Expression of PCA-1 and Ki-67 proteins in prostate cancer
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To explore the expression of PCA-1 in PCa and its relationship with tumor proliferation. Methods:The expressions of PCA-1 and Ki-67 in 153 cases of PCa and 135 cases of BPH were detected by immunohistochemical assay. The relevance between the expressions of PCA-1 and Ki-67 in PCa was analyzed. Results:The expressions of PCA-1 and Ki-67 in PCa were higher than those in BPH( X2= 200. 242 and 92.491 ,P < 0. 001 ). The expressions of PCA-1 and Ki-67 were related with Gleason scores and the pathological staging(X2=10.537,5.719,14.208 and 8. 960,P <0.05 ). The expressions of PCA-1 and Ki-67 were positively related in PCa( rp =0. 340,P < 0.001 ). Conclusion:PCA-1 may promote the malignant progress of PCa by increasing the tumor cell proliferation activity.关键词
