腹腔灌注冲洗疗法对游离胃癌细胞腹腔转移的预防作用
Effect of intraoperative peritoneal lavage on gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To investigate the preventive effectiveness of intraoperative peritoneal lavage on gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis. Methods:A total of 72 patients undergoing gastrectomy were divided into 7 groups according to clinical stages. Lavaging the peritoneal cavity 6 times with 37℃ normal saline. The gastric cancer cells with negative CD45 expression and positive CEA expression were detected by flow cytometry. Results:The times of lavage and tumor stages had an interactive impact on the quantity of gastric cells( F = 25. 290, P < 0.001 ), the effect of the lavage among different stages had
significant difference( F = 55. 751 ,P < 0.001 ). Gastric cancer cells increased with tumor stages and decreased with the increase of peritoneal lavage times( P <0. 05 );patients at stage II A, II B, III A need 3,6,6 times peritoneal lavage respectively to clear up the gastric cancer cells in peritoneal cavity. Conclusions:Peritoneal lavage can effectively reduce peritoneal gastric cancer cells, and has important effect on the prevention of peritoneal metastasis.关键词
