不同蠕形螨病原学检查方法效果比较及相关因素对检出率的影响

Abstract
Aim:To compare the detection rate of human demodex mites with different methods and analyze the related factors on the detection rate so as to find better method of examining demodicidosis. Methods:In the same population( n = 585 ), three kinds of different examination methods( scraping method,transparent adhesive method, and squeezing method ) were applied to detect the mite on the nose. Results:The detection rates of scraping method,transparent adhesive method, and squeezing method were separately 43. 2%( 253/585 ), 29. 1%( 170/585 ), and 31. 8% ( 186/585 ). The detection rate of scraping method was significantly higher than those of the other two kinds of method(X2 = 74. 075 , 45. 343 , P = 0. 001 ). The detection rate had no significant difference between different gender(X2 = 0. 965 , 2. 546, 0. 008 ,P > 0. 05 ). The detection rate of transparent adhesive method had significant difference among different seasons(X2= 3. 994,P =0. 046 ). Conclusion:The detection rate of scraping method is higher than the other two kinds of method. Different examination methods will not affect the detection rate in different genders. The detection rate of transparent adhesive method will be affected by different seasons while scraping method and squeezing method will not.关键词
