摘要

Abstract

Refer to the full scale burst test result of X100 high grade line pipe, it discussed the influence of flow stress and DWTT energy on crack arrest behavior of pipeline, studied the boundedness of current crack arrest prediction model to X100 high grade pipeline, and put forward M parameter prediction method (M=CVN1/2/YS). The analysis result showed that M parameter can forecast crack propagation and arrest of pipeline well Combined with flow stress, DWTT energy and M parameter, it can provide support for determing the key mechanical properties.
