地面分离结晶过程中熔体内部的流动特征
Characteristics of convection in detached solidification on the ground

Abstract
To understand the melt flow characteristics in detached solidification, 3-D numerical simulations of thermocapillary-buoyancy convection of CdZnTe melt were conducted by using the finite-difference method with the non-dimensional height of melt H=1 and the width of gap B = 0.100, 0. 075, 0. 05 and 0. 025. The results indicate that the melt flow is weak and the state is steady when Marangoni number is small. However, with increasing Marangoni number, the melt flow enhances and the temperature gradient increases gradually. The flow changes into unsteady flow when Marangoni number exceeds the critical value, and temperature oscillation and velocity oscillation are characteristics of the instability. In addition, the critical Marangoni number gets increase with decrease of the gap.关键词
