Bacteria associated with cyclops in drinking water treatment process
摘要
Abstract
The bacteria associated with cyclops was cultivated by nutrient agar medium. The number of external bacteria could be associateed with the number of her free water and the cyclops gender. The male cyclops have the more external bacteria. To test whether different styles of bacteria (bacteria in raw water (free bacteria), external bacteriainternal bacteria) have the same bacterial community composition (BCC), polymerase chain reaction denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE) was done. The results show that external bacterial abundance are less than internal bacterial abundance, and their species depends on the free bacterial species. But some internal bacteria may be from their ancestor.关键词
