Development of a New Certified Reference Material of Ginsenoside Rg1, Re and Rb1 in Panax Quinquefolium

摘要

Abstract

A new certified reference material ( CRM) of ginsenoside Rg1 , Re, and Rb 1 in Panax quinquefolium is developed and measured by two different methods, high performance liquid chromatography method and high performance capillary electrophoresis method. Simultaneously, the homogeneity and the stability are studied, and the evaluation of uncertainty is calculated. The mass fractions of ginsenoside Rg, , Re, and Rb lare (1.72 ±0. 14) mg/g, ( 15. 3 ±1.5) mg/g, (25. 8 ±2. 8)mg/g, with the expanded uncertainty of 8. 3% , 10% , 11%. The new certified reference material of ginsenoside Rg, , Re, and Rb 1 in Panax quinquefolium is capable to validate analytical measurements in laboratories.
