膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的MRI检查与诊断
MR imaging examination and diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the MRI technique to display anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and investigate the MRI manifestation of ACL injuries. Methods Thirty - sex adult patients of knee joints injury with suspicion of ACL injury were scanned by MRI, with fast spin echo of sagittal surface, inclined sagittal surface of knee joint in extending position, slightly bending position and bending position. The manifestation of cruciate ligament from different position and different angle in sagittal view were observed on workstation. Results The displaying rate of injured ACL in vertical, inclined sagittal view and sagittal view of bending position is 55. 6% , 83. 33% , 92.0 % . Conclusion Sagittal view of bending position is the best plane for showing ACL tear in MRI, it should be the first choice in diagnosing ACL injury.关键词
