舒适护理在肿瘤合并肾功能衰竭患者行血液透析治疗中的应用
Application of comfort nursing in the hemodialysis therapy of tumor patients with renal failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of comfort nursing in the hemodialysis therapy of tumor patients with renal failure. Methods The intervention measures of comfort nursing for 24 tumor patients with renal failure were retrospective analyzed from the following three aspects of before hemodialysis, during hemodialysis and after hemodialysis. The levels of anxiety and depression as well as the incidence rate of hemodialysis — related complications were compared before and after the comfort nursing. Results After application of comfort nursing, levels of anxiety and depression in 24 patients decreased significantly (P<0.05). Incidence rate of hemodialysis — related complications such as hypertension, heart failure and hyperkalemia decreased significantly as well (P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of humanistic nursing for tumor patients with renal failure in the hemodialysis therapy can improve the patients' mental conditions, reduce the incidence of complications in the process of dialysis and improve the quality of life of patients, so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
