Effect observation and nursing of central venous catheter in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and nursing of indwelling central venous catheter in the chest in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion. Methods 60 patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Improvement of symptoms, extinction time of pleural effusion, extraction times, nursing and incidence rate of complication were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences of every index between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Indwelling central venous catheter in the chest for the treatment of pleural effusion is effective, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
