甲状腺腹腔镜和传统切除术术中护理配合的比较与分析
Analysis and comparison of the intraoperative nursing cooperation between the laparoscopic thyroidectomy and the conventional thyroidectomy

Abstract
Objective To compare the influence of different nursing methods on the therapeutic effect and rehabilitation between laparoscopic thyroid tumorectomy and conventional open thyroid tumorectomy. Methods 30 patients with laparoscopic operation and 30 patients with conventional operation were randomly collected, and operation time, amount of intraoperative bleeding, neck activity time, duration of hospitalization and postoperative nursing complications were observed between two groups. Results Operation time, mean amount of intraoperative bleeding, mean neck activity time, mean duration of hospitalization and incidence rate of postoperative complications in the laparoscopy group were significantly lower than conventional operation group (P<0.01). Conclusion Compared with conventional operation, the laparoscopic thyroid tumorectomy can reduce the operation trauma. Intraoperative nursing cooperation can effectively improve the effect of operation, reduce the mean amount of intraoperative bleeding, shorten the duration of hospitalization and the time of neck activity and reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications.关键词
