不同处理技术对环境扫描电镜下细菌原始形态的影响
The impact of different processing techniques on the original form of environmental scanning electron microscope bacteria
摘要
Abstract
The application of conventional high vacuum scanning electron microscopy of biological sample must be dried and treated conductively, but for both of the freeze drying or critical point drying, there exist problems that the samples have different degrees dehydration distortion. A lot of biological materials such as fungal hyphae and spores, aquatic algae, culture cell, insects, embryo and larvae processed can produce large deformation, and the original appearance of organisms can not be observed. This study improved the bacterial samples through fixed preparation technology, and the bacteria samples of natural original form can be observed by the environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM).关键词
