江苏省水稻生产的比较优势分析
Analysis on the comparative advantage of rice production in Jiangsu Province

Abstract
The comparative advantage of rice production in Jiangsu province was analyzed with the method of aggregated comparative advantage index. The results showed that rice production in Jiangsu Province possessed aggregated comparative advantage and scale comparative advantage, but lacked efficiency comparative advantage. Aggregated comparative advantage index and scale comparative advantage index of rice production in Jiangsu Province from 1980 to 2010 were always greater than 1, efficiency comparative advantage index was basically less than 1, and three comparative advantage indices all had a slow rising trend as a whole; compared with other major grain crops produced in Jiangsu Province, average aggregated comparative advantage and efficiency comparative advantage of rice production were higher than that of wheat and corn, while average scale comparative advantage were higher than that of corn but lower than that of wheat from 2001 to 2010; compared with other nine major rice producing provinces of China, average aggregated comparative advantage, scale comparative advantage and efficiency comparative advantage of rice production in Jiangsu Province from 2001 to 2010 ranked the seventh, the seventh and the fifth, respectively. Based on the results, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to stabilize the scale comparative advantage, and improve the efficiency comparative advantage, which resulted in further enhancement of the comparative advantage of rice production in Jiangsu Province.关键词
