大豆子叶节再生体系的建立
Establishment of regeneration system of soybean cotyledonary node

Abstract
In order to establish a cotyledonary node regeneration system for soybean, the cotyledonary nodes of 5 soybean genotypes were chosen as explants. Xiaolidou (Dongnong 50), as one of the genotypes, was screened out with the maximum induction rate of multiple shoots, which was then adopted for the selection of sterilizing methods, 6-BA concentrations on regeneration of cotyledonary node including germination of seedlings and multiple shoots induction, IBA concentrations on root regeneration. The results indicated that chorine gas seed sterilization would be the best, and seedlings germinated in the medium with 1. 0 mg · L-1 6-BA were suitable as explants. The optimal concentration of 6-BA in multiple shoots induction medium was 1. 67 mg · L-1. The optimal concentration of IBA in root regeneration medium was 1.0 mg · L-1.关键词
