Application Research for Hot-working Control System Based on PLC
摘要
Abstract
Introduces the application for the Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC in hot - working control system.Describes the superiority of the PLC control relative to relay - contactor control, describes the system's hardware and software structure, control principle, the control system with PLC as the core,combining pulse combustion technology and PID increment algorithm, realize the precise control of the industrial furnace inside each parameter. Experiments proved by accurate control of PLC technology and automatic control technology control new system complately achieved anticipated requirement.关键词
