摘要

Abstract

This paper considers the energy resources and waste which are related to and analyzes the influence factors of carbon dioxide emission during milling processes. It also establishes the ERWC model according to the electric consumption of NC milling tool, tool wear and other waste and constructs their relationship. Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 2008 is used to edit the routine and ERWC model is taken as calculation model, it is convenient and quick to predict the carbon dioxide emission of certain NC process.
