Measurement of Position Accuracy of CNC Heavy-duty Lathe Based on Dual-frequency Laser Interferometer

Abstract
The dual-frequency laser interferometer is used to measure the position accuracy of two sections in the Z axis direction, in order to obtain the position accuracy and repeatable position precision of goal points. Then, the experimental data is analyzed to explore the use of virtual test method and lay the foundations for getting the precision value.关键词
