摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces and analyzes the common FMS modeling and simulation method and puts forward the anylogic modeling and its simulation method.The FMS simulation model in the process of machining the shaft part is established and FMS machining process is abstracted into many modules.AnyLogic is a professional virtual prototyping environment which is used to design complex systems, including the systems in the discrete, continuous and mixed behaviors and it is also able to quickly build model and simulation irtual prototypes and the external environment of the design systems,The test proves that this method is reasonable and effective.
